How we handle your personal information as Ninja Kidz maintenance staff, under Quebec’s Law 25.
What We Collect
Your name, work email, role, and language preference, and a record of the maintenance actions you take (work orders, comments, inspections, and equipment status changes), attributed to you.
Why We Collect It
To operate the maintenance system: to route and track work, keep an accurate safety and maintenance record, and contact you about work assigned to you.
Your Rights
You can see and correct your own profile, your display name and language, at any time.
Retention
Maintenance and safety records are kept as a discoverable compliance record and are not erased on request. Profile information outside that record can be minimized, for example, by deactivating an account.
